How Credits, Plans, and Upgrades Work

Last updated Sept. 23, 2026

Every action an agent takes is metered in platform credits, a single unit shared across all agents and apps (not a per-agent currency).

Accounts and plans

Accounts are on the Free or Pro tier. Each tier carries its own monthly credit allocation, set in the platform's credit-allocation configuration [CONFIRM: current Free/Pro monthly credit amounts — these are admin-configured and not published in code].

Trial allocation and expiry

New accounts may receive a welcome credit bonus and a time-boxed Free-to-Pro trial window. The trial length is admin-configurable (platform default in code is 7 days, but the live value may differ — [CONFIRM current value before quoting it to a buyer]). Unused trial credits are automatically reclaimed once the trial window closes; changing the trial length only affects trials granted afterward, not ones already in progress.

Metered operations

Each connected app (for example, the GENAVA Virtual Cell Model) is registered with its own credit rates per model/operation type. Exact per-operation rates are set per app in the admin and are not fixed platform-wide — check the specific agent or app you plan to evaluate for its current rate before estimating cost for a workload.

Exhausted-credit behavior

When a balance reaches zero, further metered operations are blocked until the next monthly allocation, a manual top-up, or (where enabled for your tier) usage at an overage rate [CONFIRM: whether overage billing is currently enabled for your tier, and its rate].

Upgrades, refunds, and quotes

To upgrade a tier, request a larger allocation, or ask about volume/enterprise pricing, use the contact form or book a call directly — pricing above the published tiers is quote-based, not self-service.
